CourseFlight™ Changes and Review Policy CourseFlight™ Change and Review Policy

The goal of a CourseFlight™ flyover is to provide the viewer with a general overview of the golf hole and it's surrounding environment. While the flyovers appear quite realistic, it is not intended to be an exact detailed replication of what exists or may exist in real life. The overall objective is to give the viewer a general "feel" for your property, generate interest in your golf course and ultimately drive traffic and sell tee times. To this end, we need to carefully monitor and control the change and review process to ensure that we focus on what is important to the golfer and don't get bogged down in details that ultimately do not impact the overall effectiveness of the flyover. All customers will be give the opportunity to review and if required, request modifications to the flyovers prior to completion through our online proofing system. Customers will be presented with a sample hole near the beginning of the project to verify the treatment of fairways, rough, native areas, water, vegetation, etc. Once the sample hole is approved, development of the remaining holes will continue.
