Wildlife Habitat
Evergreen is proud to host some of the most diverse wildlife and native habitat of all of our courses. Marmots, elk, and the occasional mountain lion, bear, and bobcat all utilize the golf course corridor as they make their way around the region. Patrons should be aware and alert to wildlife and maintain at least 25 yards from elk. Learn more here.

Water Conservation
Evergreen golf course uses less irrigation water than any of our golf courses. The cooler nights, shorter season, and smaller footprint make Evergreen an extremely conservative water user. Evergreen, and all of Denver's City courses, are Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuaries. Learn more here.

Rock Hole
The most talked about hole at Evergreen is the infamous #3 "Rock Hole". Golfers take a blind shot over a large granite outcropping where an arrow directs them where to aim. When you finish the hole be sure to ring the bell to tell the next players that the green is clear.
